So I turn thirty this month. Wow! Whilst I realise my leo power and ride out my saturn returns, here’s my picks for august. So whilst the camp out has disbanded and the star & shadow cinema has it’s annual building festival it’s time to take advantage of going to shows, the beach, bbqs, the great outdoors, long days/hot nights & each other.

THURSDAY 2 – GEM ANDREWS ‘SCATTER’ LP LAUNCH PARTY @ THE CLUNY 2, 8PM £3 (EARLY BIRD/CONCESSIONS)/ £5. Hurray Gem finally got her shizzle together and has organised this lovely shindig to celebrate the launch of her album. Supported by Beccy Owen and Mush, she’s going to play with an 8 piece band and everything. Awesome buddy and total She-ro. This will be a room full of ladies and love. Favourite feeling. Can’t wait.
